I've dealt with a lot of high pressure sales in the past, but this place is nothing like that. They are wonderful to work with. We came in, asked for what we wanted, and they worked with us to make sure that we got it. They thoroughly explained the process to us, and allowed us to ask as many questions as we needed to in order to feel comfortable purchasing our 2013 Nissan Leaf. Our sales representative, Bryant Jackson, was very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend dropping by if you're in the market for a new vehicle.

Simon and Ben fought tooth and nail to prove to the bank that my income for the credit was sufficient. The tough thing about self employment is proving your worth to the bank. Simon made sure that not only I get the credit, I also get the lowest rate according to my true debt to income ratio and my score. Everything cleared out as he promised. Great job guys!!!

OMG! Bryan Jackson I LOVE YOU! He is by far the best car sales man in the state of Texas! All of the staff at Chase Autoplex were very helpful and honest! I told them what I had and they got me in a great car with low mileage and little down! Even with my horrible credit history I was able to get a 2013 with low monthly payments! Thanks Chase Autoplex!
